What to write about
- You found an error. An odd result, a wrongly applied formula, a table with a number that does not add up. It is the most useful email you can send. If you can, say which calculator, what values you entered and what you expected.
- A calculator is missing. Tell me what you need to calculate and what data you have; a good share of the existing ones came from requests like that.
- A translation reads badly. The site is in Spanish, English and French, and there is always a technical term that is said differently in one language.
- Your data. To exercise any of your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability, or to withdraw your consent. See the privacy policy.
- Work or collaboration. If you want to propose something, say so plainly in the subject line.
What to expect
I reply personally, not through an automated form, so it sometimes takes a few days. Requests relating to data protection are handled within one month at the latest, as the GDPR requires.
Emails offering paid links, sponsored posts or link exchanges are not answered.
Which language to write in
Spanish, English or French, whichever you prefer. The site is maintained in all three and the reply will come in the language you wrote in. If you are reporting a translation problem, quoting the exact sentence that reads badly helps more than describing it.
